This elegant restaurant is located in a small alleyway in the historic ghetto district. Chimera di Bacco was born out of Luca Morgan's dream of creating a restaurant that combines traditional cuisine with gastronomic experimentation.

Empfehlen können wir die Paccheri mit Pistazienpesto und Garnelen, den Wolfsbarsch in Haselnussbrotkruste, oder probieren Sie als Überblick das sechsgängige Meeresdegustationsmenü. Exzellentes Essen, feine Weine und ein tolles Ambiente: das Restaurant ist absolut einen Besuch wert!

Mit Karstkräutern gewürzter Schattenfisch wird mit gedämpften Gemüse serviert.
