Die Gabrovec Ivan Osmiza ist bekannt dafür, die authentischen Traditionen einer Osmiza zu pflegen und ist daher ein beliebtes Ziel für Einheimische und Touristen gleichermaßen.

In dieser Osmiza serviert man köstliche Strudel mit Schinken, Käse und Walnüssen, die direkt vom Baum des Hauses gepflückt werden. Zu empfehlen sind auch der gemischte Aufschnitt und natürlich die typischen Weine aus dem Karst.

Die Osmiza liegt in einer ländlichen, malerischen Gegend, die einen rustikalen Charme und ein echtes Erlebnis auf dem Land bietet.
