In Burano, off the beaten track, this antica trattoria is located directly on a canal. Ruggero and Lucia Bovo founded this trattoria in 1965 and today their son Massimiliano runs this culinary speciality.

Eine wunderbare Trattoria mit dem (angeblich) besten Risotto Italiens – oder sogar der Welt

Dieses Restaurant bietet seit jeher lokale Küche von höchster Qualität in einer freundlichen, einladenden Atmosphäre. Das helle und angenehme Ambiente ist das einer Trattoria, nur ein wenig eleganter und gepflegter, ohne jedoch seinen Charakter zu verlieren. Geboten bekommt man täglich handverlesenem Fisch und Gemüse. Die Gerichte sind für ihre Einfachheit, die hochwertigen Zutaten aus der Region und die verspielte Präsentation bekannt.

Zu empfehlen ist das Risotto alla Buranella, das mit Grundeln aus der Region zubereitet wird, die Tagliolini mit Meeresspinne oder einen gebratenen Fisch aus dem Ofen. Dazu passend der vorzügliche Hauswein.
