Die aus Ferrara (Region Emilia Romagna) stammende Küchenchefin Ghedini hat ein dynamisches Menü kreiert, das die außergewöhnlichen Produkte der Region Venetien mit einem Hinweis auf ihre Wurzeln in der Emilia Romagna und einem Hauch von Marokko aus ihren dortigen kulinarischen Erfahrungen feiert.
