Die Speisekarte variiert im Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf lokalen Zutaten liegt. Die meisten Gerichte – einige mit Chichi-Flair – werden mit Trüffeln zubereitet, die natürlich aus der Umgebung stammen und dem Restaurant seinen Namen gegeben haben. Keine Frage, dass wir das 5-gängige Trüffelmenü empfehlen.
