Chefkoch Santi Taura hatte schon in ­jungen Jahren eine Leidenschaft für Essen und Kochen. Nach Abschluss seiner Ausbildung arbeitete er auf der ganzen Insel in Hotels und Restaurants und eröffnete 2003 sein ­eigenes, sehr beliebtes Lokal in Lloseta. Der Ruf, seinen Kochstil in die Hauptstadt zu bringen, führte Taura in das mit einem Michelin-­Stern ausgezeichnete Restaurant Dins im stilvollen Hotel El Lorenç.

Taura stammt von hier, interpretiert traditio­nelle Gerichte neu und legt großen Wert auf lokale Produkte. Der Chef selbst serviert und erklärt persönlich die Speisen, optional ge­paart mit ausgewählten Weinen. Es erwartet Sie eine kulinarische Reise voller Überraschungen im schicken Interieur!

Drei Degustationsmenüs stehen zur Wahl, eines davon vegetarisch. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die herrliche Dachterrasse, auf der man bei toller Aussicht vor dem Essen gerne ein Glas Cava trinkt.
