Das Procacci befindet sich zwischen den eleganten Designerboutiquen der Via Tornabuoni und ist seit 1885 eine traditionelle florentinische Bar, die für ihre köstlichen Trüffel-Paninis bekannt ist.

Schick mit Wein & Trüffel

Im Jahr 1885 gründete Leopoldo Procacci das gleichnamige Unter­nehmen: Ein Juwel im Herzen von Florenz war geboren. Heute ist das Lokal im Besitz der Winzerfamilie Antinori. Nach mehr als 100 Jahren Geschichte ist das Procacci immer noch eine Institution unter den Florentinern. Der Laden ist berühmt für seine Trüffeln, vor allem für die kleinen, weichen, mit Trüffelcreme gefüllten Sandwiches (­„Panino al tartufo“), deren genaues Rezept ein streng gehütetes ­Geheimnis ist – unbedingt mit einem Glas Chianti Classico probieren.

Bei schönem Wetter blickt man von der eleganten Terrasse auf eine der schönsten Straßen von Florenz, während der kleine, gemütliche Innenraum der perfekte Zufluchtsort für Herbst- und Wintertage ist. Das historische Restaurant ist über all die Jahre praktisch unverändert geblieben. Der Raum verfügt über einen Bar-Tresen aus Mahagoni und Marmor, mit Flaschen bestückte Holzregale, einen Terrazzo-­Marmorfußboden (noch aus dem Jahr 1910) und hohe Tische mit Hockern. Der perfekte Platz, um eine genussvolle Pause einzulegen.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Panini mit Trüffelcreme und ­Mortadella sowie mit Sardellen. Ein unglaubliches Geschmacks­erlebnis, Sie werden begeistert sein.
