Die Küche richtet sich nach den Jahreszeiten. Unbedingt probieren sollten Sie das köstliche Triestiner Traditionsgericht „panierte Sardinen“. Des Weiteren das passende Sommergericht Thunfisch mit Guacamole und Limetten. Die Produkte und die Weine kommen großteils aus der näheren Umgebung.

Hausgemacht sind sowohl das knusprige Brot als auch die variantenreichen Dolci. Im Beach-Club und in der Bar bekommt man untertags „Easy-Gerichte“, die bis zum eleganten Abendmenü satt machen.

Die beliebten panierten Sardinen oder der Meeresfrüchtespieß sind eine Verführung wert.
