Versteckt in einer kleinen Seitengasse befindet sich dieser charmante kleine Laden, der in einem typischen mallorquinischen Haus untergebracht ist, das auf eine mehr als dreihundertjährige Geschichte zurückblicken kann. Zwischen holzgetäfelten Wänden findet man unter anderem die allgegenwärtige Sobrassada und eine vorzügliche kleine Auswahl an lokalen Käsen und Weinen – alles auch zum Mitnehmen.

An der Bar ist es möglich, dem Chef persönlich beim Zubereiten der Speisen zuzusehen – zum Beispiel wie der frische Jamón Ibérico von der Keule geschnitten wird. Besonders bezaubernd ist der kleine Innenhof, der zum Verweilen einlädt.

Um einen kleinen kulinarischen Überblick zu bekommen, empfehlen wir den Degustationsteller mit vier köstlich belegten Broten und als süßen Abschluss die mallorquinische Crème Caramel.
