Nestled in the rolling hills of the picturesque village of Mane, just 10 minutes from Forcalquier, the convent was originally a nunnery before being converted into a hotel.

Das im Jahr 1613 erbaute Gebäude vereint auf faszinierende Weise Renaissance-Architektur mit ­modernem Design. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die alten Fassaden, die jahrhundertealten ­terrassenförmigen Gärten und der höher gelegene Kreuzweg.

Das hoteleigene Restaurant Le Feuillée ist eine besondere Empfehlung. Es ist nach Louis Feuillée benannt, dem Botaniker Ludwigs XIV., der im Dorf geboren wurde. Die Küche wird meisterhaft von Louis Gachet geführt, der nahtlos zwischen seiner Heimat Burgund und der Provence navigiert. Raffinierte Gerichte und exquisite Saucen zeugen von der kreativen Vollendung des kulinarischen Talents dieses virtuosen Kochs. Zusätzlich zu dem Fine-Dining-Restaurant ist auch das Bistro Pamparigouste zu ­empfehlen.

Die Zimmer, geschmackvoll und mit mediterraner Eleganz eingerichtet, strahlen eine besondere Ruhe aus – ebenso wie das Hotel & Spa, das ein wahres Refugium für Wohlbefinden und Regeneration ist.
