Selva Vins is the personal project of Carlos Rodríguez Furthmann, a winemaker with more than 20 years of experience.

Nachdem Carlos Rodríguez Furthmann in vielen Weinbergen und Kellereien auf der Insel gearbeitet hatte, eröffnete er 2015 sein eigenes kleines Weingut in Selva im ­Norden Mallorcas am Fuße der Berge, um ­seine ­Passion zu verwirklichen, natürliche Weine aus auto­chthonen Traubensorten zu keltern.

Alle Weine werden handwerklich mit einem ­Minimum an Manipulation hergestellt und weder geklärt noch gefiltert. So etwa der Weißwein Premsa, dessen Trauben aus einem ­einzigen Weinberg in Felanitx stammen, oder der wunderbare Rosé Clarete, der nach klassischer, traditioneller Methode aus 80 % weißem Most (Premsal) und 20 % roten Trauben mit Schale (Gorgollassa) hergestellt wird.
